About Fifi Finds

Fifi Finds is an online fashion resale boutique offering one-off clothing and accessories. Owner action before launch: add the legal trading name, business or correspondence address, and customer-service email here.

Products and descriptions

Most pieces are pre-owned and only one is available. We describe each item, its condition and known flaws as clearly as possible. Measurements are approximate and colours can vary between screens. Please review the full listing and images before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any delivery charge, is shown before the order is completed. Payment is processed through the methods available at Shopify checkout.

Orders

After an order is placed, Shopify sends an acknowledgement to the email address supplied at checkout. If an item cannot be supplied, any payment taken for it will be refunded.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within three working days. Current delivery services, charges and estimates are explained on the Delivery page and shown at checkout where applicable.

Cancellations and returns

Your statutory rights are not affected. The current online cancellation and return process is explained on the Returns page.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. Store photography, editorial copy and original design material must not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

These terms may be updated when the business, services or applicable requirements change. The version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order.
