Your right to cancel

For most online purchases, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

To start a return, use the Contact page and include your order number. We will provide the current return instructions and return address.

Trying on an item

You may handle and try on a garment as you would in a shop. A deduction may be made if handling beyond this reduces the item's value.

Refund timing

Eligible refunds are normally issued within 14 days after the item is received back, or after you provide evidence that it was sent back. The cost of standard outbound delivery is included where required. Unless an item is faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Your statutory rights are not affected. Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from its description.
